We always tell our clients, "We won't love ya and leave ya!" We've stayed in touch over the decades. Joyce has faithfully attended our client thank-you parties and events. She likes our pumpkin pies! WE'VE ALSO talked about a possible move for about the last ten years. We always say, "We're high energy but zero pressure!" People make better decisions when they know their advisors don't have an "agenda". The day finally came when Joyce made the momentous decision to move closer to her son Mark and his family: Virginia! Big change for an eighty-something lady. MARK was great. He worked closely with my Team Co-Leader Angel McGregor. Mark flew Mom to her new home and got her settled as Angel got Joyce's home ready for sale and ultimately listed in MLS. This minimized the stress level for Joyce. The entire sale was handled via email, phone, electronic signatures and a Virginia mobile notary. Another great job, Angel! Congratulations, Joyce!
