This is a textbook example of why I encourage people to invest in real estate. Imagine if you had a small portfolio of three or four single family homes which your tenants helped you pay off over the years. As for me, my numbers were just fine (Over 3X the $5M minimum). The only glitch is that I forgot to turn in my application! Too busy serving our clients. Oh, well!
