Meets 1st Thursday of each month at 8:00 a.m. Senior Center at Hutchins Street Square Meetings: Membership: Seven members Filing Deadline: December 16, 2019 Personnel Board of Review Three expiring terms-terms to expire January 1, 2023 (3-year term) Purpose: Established by the personnel system to hear and determine employee appeals. Meets as needed. Meetings: Carnegie Forum Membership: Five members Filing Deadline: December 16, 2019 Site Plan & Architectural Review Committee (SPARC) Two expiring terms terms to expire January 1, 2024 (4-year term) Purpose: To assist the Planning Commission in reviewing site plans and architectural drawings in order to determine compliance with zoning ordinances and to promote the orderly development of the City. Meets 2nd & 4h Wednesdays of each month at 5:15 p.m. Carnegie Forum Meetings: Membership: Five members Filing Deadline: December 16, 2019 Note: Appointments will be made by the Mayor with Council approval Applicants must be registered to vote in San Joaquin County at the time of application. Exception SPARC: Applicant must be a registered voter of the City of Lodi at time of application. If appointed, you may be required to complete a Statement of Economic Interest.
