Hello, I am Cindy Della Monica, owner of CHEESE CENTRAL. I have extensive experience in the food industry, teaching cooking classes for community centers was my first foray into food and hospitality, and that experience has been continued well past 35 years. My catering company provided upscale dining experiences in many venues from small and intimate meals, to large events in trade shows. Catering service to the Lodi wine industry led to ownership in an Italian-style deli and cheese counter, and, ultimately, my position as Chef de Cusine at Woodbridge Winery by Mondavi for many years. Described by many, my current business, CHEESE CENTRAL, is a gem of downtown Lodi. Love cheese?
