THIRTY-EIGHT YEARS AGO, I took my freshly minted Realtor license and joined the venerable firm of Schaffer, Suess and Boyd Realtors in Lodi. I had moved my little family to Lodi in 1982. After a couple of years of investing in small Lodi properties, I decided to get in the game for real! I WONDERED WHY Ivan Suess laughed out loud when I told him I was looking forward to a slower, less intense profession after my storekeeper days. I soon discovered that the most effective way to do this bizness is ALL IN, which is neither slow nor less intense. THESE DAYS, I am blessed with caring and competent help!
