Here are a few tasty factoids: THE STATE OF THE MARKET: The stats show 2021 as the second best Fall and Winter for residential real estate in recorded history. The absolute BEST year was 2020! Dr. Yun predicts a slight dip (2%) in sales volume in 2022 due to HIGHER MORTGAGE INTEREST RATES, which inevitably are coming soon, perhaps as early as June. On the fence about buying a home? Time to git off! BRIAN SAYS inflation is also influencing Buyers' ability to qualify for a loan. He noted that housing inventory is expected to rise in 2022, which will contribute to a normalizing of the market. At this moment in Lodi? Things are still fairly crazy.
